In 1987, Elliott's Crawfish Farm was established and the ponds were stocked with the Louisiana Red Swamp Crawfish. Our crawfish season starts in March and goes through July 4th every year. We sell crawfish retail in the general store, located at the campground. We sell crawfish by the pound or by the sack. We sell clean, graded crawfish so that our customers always get the best. We sell retail but we also sell our crawfish wholesale to the seafood markets and restaurants. We run delivery routes 3 times a week to Columbia, Charleston and to Myrtle Beach.
We sell crawfish for pond stocking for people who want to grow big bass and control aquatic weed problems. Golf courses love to stock there ponds with our crawfish for their weed problems.
Every Saturday starting April 1st we will be selling crawfish plates with 1 lb. of crawfish, corn, potatoes and sausage at the store. You can picnic here at the lake or do take out. Saturday crawfish boils are a big hit with the local folks. So come out to the crawfish boil at 12 noon. Give us a call to reserve your plate. 803-452-5336.
